Services

The scope of an ADG service is the scope shown at checkout or in an applicable written proposal. Work outside that scope may require a separate service or agreement.

Billing

Recurring services renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Advertising media spend and third-party costs are separate unless the service description expressly says otherwise.

Third-party platforms

ADG may use third-party advertising, analytics, hosting, payment, and white-label fulfillment platforms. Platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or approval decisions outside ADG's control can affect delivery.

Client responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate account access, timely approvals, and lawful materials needed to perform the service.

No guaranteed marketing outcome

ADG will provide the purchased service and manage it in good faith, but rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising approvals, and other marketing outcomes are not guaranteed.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable service terms. Work already performed, media spend, and third-party costs already incurred remain subject to the refund and cancellation policy.
