Information we collect
Acadia Digital Group may collect contact information, business information, service onboarding information, communications, and basic website usage data when you contact us or purchase a service.
Website analytics
ADG records first-party usage events such as page views, anonymous session identifiers, engaged time, scroll depth, and button or link clicks so we can understand which pages and articles are useful. The ADG analytics event store is not designed to store IP addresses, fingerprint visitors, or capture form-field contents.
Payments and service providers
Payment card information is processed by Stripe rather than stored by ADG. We may use service providers including Stripe, Clerk, Resend, analytics providers, and white-label fulfillment partners such as DashClicks to operate and deliver services.
AI and editorial automation
ADG uses AI systems to support public editorial research and publishing. The public blog automation is not designed to send customer payment or private onboarding information to the editorial AI provider.
How information is used
Information is used to provide purchased services, communicate with customers, secure and operate the website, process billing, measure performance, and comply with applicable obligations.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for legitimate operational, accounting, security, and legal needs. Privacy or deletion requests can be submitted through the contact page, subject to records we are required or permitted to retain.
